Prenatal Connection Sessions, Birth/Golden Hour Photography & Homebirth Doula Support
In person OR Virtual connection prenatally + during your birth. I will only do in person sessions for clients located within a 1.5 hour radius. I’m in Southern Illinois and you’re free to contact me if you want to see if you’re within my radius! This is tailored to each woman but typically involves talking over the physiology of birth, nutrition, fears, past birth experiences, what you may wish to have on hand for birth and postpartum, + many other topics. We will go deep and really take our time discussing each topic! This can look like connecting via google meet, sitting in your home, going for a walk or I can give you a massage while we chat. This is unlike most childbirth education you’ll find because it’s specifically for women who are planning to birth at home and honor physiology. Plus if you’re asking me to walk with you in person - these sessions will be held in your home and we can spend atleast 1 of them prepping postpartum meals while we chat! Even if you’re planning to hire a homebirth midwife - you’d still benefit greatly from these sessions. Individual sessions & packages available!
You must purchase atleast (2) prenatal connection sessions for me to also attend your birth as your Doula or Photographer. If you’re not hiring a Homebirth Midwife (planning to freebirth) then you must purchase (6) prenatal connection sessions for me to attend your birth as your Doula. The more sessions you purchase - the more time we will have prenatally to get to know each other and work together. It’s totally up to you! If you hire me as your Doula, i’ll include (1) postpartum check-in for free. If you’d like to purchase more postpartum support - check out my postpartum offerings section.
1:1 Coaching, Birth Story Debriefs & Group Coaching
Pre-conception prep includes talking over nutrition, current toxins you may have in your daily life and more! Birth story debriefs are for women who are interested in unpacking past experiences. This can be about the way you were brought into this world or this can be about the way you gave birth. Miscarriage & Loss support is available as well. These are totally individualized for whatever your personal needs are. Breastfeeding coaching is for the women who want someone to walk with them through the challenges that can come up during breastfeeding. I am not a certified lactation consultant but I have breastfed my son for over 3 years now and have lots of lived experience. Breastfeeding debriefs are helpful if you want to explore what could’ve happened in your last journey. I offer group coaching with my podcast co-host, Sarah, for women on the journey of sovereign birth that are wanting to be held in a container! Sacred Postpartum Support
Many women in our culture spend lots of time + money investing in their birth and completely forget about postpartum. I’d argue that planning for postpartum is just as important and can really make a difference in your overall experience as well as your journey to healing. You can hire me solely for postpartum care if that’s all you desire from me! Postpartum care can begin immediately following the birth of your baby where I’d show up (when you call) and I’d clean up the birth space, make sure you’re fed a good meal & even take golden hour photos if you’d like to capture this moment forever.
Or you can get ahold of me sometime within a few days of giving birth to walk with you through your first 40 days postpartum! The support that I offer is very individualized for the needs of each mother and includes check-ins that last around 2 hours. Some of my offerings are golden hour photos, postpartum meal prep, simple house chores, vaginal steaming, birth debrief, massage, placenta exploration + burial, breastfeeding support & fresh48 photos. I’m more than happy to support you virtually as well with vaginal steaming, birth debrief, placenta exploration, breastfeeding support & general postpartum support. My postpartum wisdom comes from my own lived experience, walking with other women & an online course I took through Full Circle Holistic. This work is from my heart and I’m honored to serve you + your family in whatever way you need me to.
You must purchase atleast (2) postpartum sessions if you’re solely hiring me as your postpartum doula.
Herbal Offerings
Tinctures, salves, infused oils, tea blends & yoni steam blends! All of which are hand crafted by me. I take the extra steps to source organic herbs if I haven’t grown them myself or wildcrafted them from my land. All infused oils are made with high quality cold pressed organic olive oil. Tinctures are made using vodka or organic non-GMO vegetable glycerin (flax based). Salves are made using my infused oil blends and organic yellow beeswax. Add some of these items to your home apothecary, gift them to clients or friends or toss them in your birth bag!
